I have a unique skill set of bringing out the best in every client I coach.

What is a typical session Like with Coach Reed?

I am all about constant progressions. At the beginning sessions of coaching, I meet the individual at their current level and assess their capabilities. How is your squat form? Can you do a proper pushup? What is your cardiovascular capacity? Once we establish these baselines through testing, I use a combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility training to help the individual continue to progress towards the goals we set. All foundations to a stronger you are addressed and we constantly work to become stronger physically as well as mentally.

What SEPARATES coach reed from other trainers?

I am extremely experienced not only as a coach but as a practitioner. While a lot of coaches talk about how to get you from point A to B, I continually push myself and stretch my comfort zones as an human being. I walk the walk! If you read my reviews, they will all say the same thing. I am going to push you hard, but through time I will get you to your goal and we will build a relationship. You will accomplish things that you never thought were possible for you! You will look forward to our coaching sessions because no session is ever a mirror of another session. I take great pride in getting to know everyone as an individual and meeting the needs of each client!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually I do an in person or on the phone consultation to make sure I understand the persons goals and personality. Then we decide which program would benefit the person the most. Once we decide on the best route to get you to your goals, our next session is all about basic testing to set a baseline for the clients progress.
